Making The Dream A Reality – The first thing to think about is what part of the state to move to. Florida is pretty big, but for us this is a no brainer.
Environmental Concerns – In Florida to get building permits for raw land you have to have environmental surveys done.
The Scouting Mission – If I was going to move in the fall of the following year into a home yet to be built I had to start looking for a lot.
